- BANK TRANSFER (You can transfer your payment to our bank account)
- CASH ON DELIVERY OF THE CAR (In case of Cash on delivery payment you will be send a payment link for a deposit of 20% of the total reservation)
- CREDIT CARD (Pay on our POS with your credit card)

Alpha e-Commerce and Security Alpha Bank offers the Nexi e-Commerce service in accordance with the international best practices for e-commerce payments and most up-to-date international security standards.
Nexi e-Commerce and Security
All payments made using the card with the Nexi e-Commerce service are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation of the reservation must be made at any time before the scheduled start of the rental of the vehicle according to a reservation made on our website. If you wish to cancel a reservation, you can do so through our website after going to the reservation manager, by phone, or via email.
If you cancel or modify a credit / debit card reservation, our company will not be liable for any monetary losses you experience as a result of exchange rate changes during the period between your initial booking and subsequent cancellation or amendment.
Please, keep in mind that although our website is secured, all payments details are processed by the bank or PayPal websites for highest security standards.
